| | FAST TRACK SERVICEREFURBISHMENT AND REPLACEMENT OF COMPENSATORS , EXPANSION JOINTS AND BELLOWS
A valuable and well received part of John Cardwell Limited is our FAST TRACK capability. In practice this means we often build or refurbish units within a 24 to 48 hour production window. This has proved invaluable to customers who, for example, have suffered plant breakdowns.
Many clients have benefited from our ability to provide a fast-track service for new, replacement and refurbished expansion joints and compensators. Assuming raw materials and parts are available and depending on unit type we often build new items, or refurbish existing assemblies by fitting new bellows and reclaiming end fittings and structural components.
Often we are able to offer a 24-hour turnaround and have on many occasions completed units on a same-day delivery. Our production scheduling is flexible. When necessary and viable we carry out special settings on our production machinery to have bellows elements available for rapid response work. The speed at which such work is carried out does not detract in any way from the emphasis on quality control or quality assurance.
All our work, including fast-track manufacture and refurbishments, is expedited within the parameters of our ISO 9001 quality assurance system. |  |
